The phrase "interior design" has a stigma that feels elitist, expensive, and unattainable; I want to change that. Beautiful, functional homes should be universal. No matter your stage of life, the size and shape of your space, or the big one, your budget — making home a place that soothes and recharges your soul is possible.

meet Korin

Interior design has always been my true love, but in an effort to choose a more “sensible” career, I went to college for engineering and completed a degree in Technical Communications. I took a left turn after graduation into fashion writing and editing, and then moved into home decor e-commerce, and completed my interior design certification on the side. You can’t run from your calling!

In 2019, my husband and I welcomed our first child, and 5 months later we packed up our family and moved to the beautiful hills of Tennessee, where we found and fell in love with an old, odd cottage near the water. We’ve since welcomed another baby, completed at least a dozen renovation projects, and opened a small shop on Etsy. I document our projects where I can, but mostly I spend my days mothering small children and creating a beautiful backdrop for our family memories.
